Cozy Fireside Reads

A book that makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside: Outlander by Diana Gabaldon; the love story between Jamie and Claire is just so perfect and it makes you feel all the feels

A book that is like an old friend: Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone by JK Rowling; it’s the first book I ever read on my own and I always go back to read it every year.

A book that makes you think of family: The Faraday Girls by Monica McInerney; it’s been a while since I read this book but it was all about family and it’s the one thing that sticks out in my mind.
New beginnings; a book you’ve never read, know nothing about, and the author is new to you: Lost and Found by Carolyn
An adventure to get lost in on a snow day: A Game of Thrones by George RR Martin; the perfect adventure for a day where you’re stuck in your house with the fireplace going.
A book with a warm blanket and a cup of hot chocolate: The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold

Are there any other wintery topics that make you think of specific books? Do certain books come to mind when you read the topics?
