Percy Jackson: The Last Olympian by Rick Riordan

Percy Jackson: The Last Olympian by Rick Riordan; 381 pages

War has broken out.

Kronos has unleashed Typhon who is tearing his way across the United States.

The gods have left Olympus to stop him. But this was just a diversion and now Kronos is advancing on Manhattan.

It is up to Percy and the other demigods to defend Olympus and keep Kronos at bay until the gods can return.

This was, by far, my favorite book in the series! There was so much action in it and I loved it! You got to meet a ton of new characters and learn so much more about mythology and it was a lot of fun. There was a lot of loss but there was also a lot of humor to make up for the sad things happening in the book.

You see a lot of maturing of the characters in this book as well. It was fun watching Percy grow up during the book along with Annabeth and Grover. And Tyson was just as awesome as always!

All in all, it was an awesome finale to the series.
