Crown of Midnight (Throne of Glass 2) by Sarah J. Maas; 418 pages

THIS SUMMARY AND REVIEW WILL CONTAIN SPOILERS FROM THE FIRST BOOK.

IF YOU HAVE NOT READ THE FIRST BOOK I RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT READ THIS REVIEW.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Summary:

Celaena is now the Kings champion. Forced to do the king’s bidding, she is sent all over the kingdom to assassinate the king’s enemies. When she is sent to kill an old friend who is believed to be part of a rebel group she begins to dig deeper into the king and his castle and their secrets.

My thoughts:

Oh. My. God. The ending of this book …. it was so good!

I was really hesitant to start reading this series st first because it was so hyped but now I’m so glad I picked it up! This book was even better than the first book!

I loved all the relationship building in this book, seeing where old ones went, seeing them change and develop. It was full of action like the first book.

I’m really looking forward to seeing where this series goes from here especially after that ending! I had my suspicions throughout the book but I was still a little surprised by it but I thought it was such a perfect ending!
