The Doll’s House by MJ Arlidge

The Doll’s House (Helen Grace #3) by MJ Arlidge; 406 pages

A body is found on a small stretch of beach. A young woman is reported missing by her mother. Two events that seem to be unrelated. Sooner, rather than later, DI Helen Grace is bound to make the connection and realize she has another serial offender on her hands.

My thoughts:

I definitely think this is my favorite book of the three I’ve read so far. I really enjoyed the crime, it was super twisted once you got to the bottom of it. I liked the chapters told from the victim, Ruby’s viewpoint. She was a very interesting character. But man were there some weird filler chapters. There was a thing with her dominator that was super weird and the whole storyline with Ceri was kinda unnecessary. But still a good book.
