The Walking Dead Compendium 3 by Robert Kirkman

The Walking Dead: Compendium 3 by Robert Kirkman; 1088 pages

Summary:

Volumes 17-24

This collection chronicles the story of Negan, the saviors, and the Whisperers. Starting with Negan and his Saviors, these issues take you through a wild ride, ending with the dramatic story arch of the Whisperers.

My thoughts:

Negan is so much more twisted than I thought possible. The things that come out of his mouth are ridiculous. I wasn’t expecting the ending with him but I’m glad that it was able to surprise me.

Then the Whisperers… what the actual fuck. I thought Negan was bad but Alpha took things to a whole new level at the end of volume 24…. that ending was nuts and I need Compendium 4 to be a thing ASAP.
