Kingdom of Ash by Sarah J. Maas (Throne of Glass book 7)
Warning: Review will contain spoilers
The final book in the Throne of Glass series finds war at the doorstep. Morath is ready to release its fury on the world, Erawan is ready to conquer all. With Aelin held prisoner by Maeve and Dorian in search of the final Wyrdkey, the hope for a better world hangs by a thread.
- This book was too long. There was a lot of unnecessary fluff added that took away from some of the awesome action of the book.
- Very Lord of the Rings. A lot of the battle scenes and descriptions reminded of the Lord of the Rings trilogy (movies more than books). I would guess that was her inspiration
- I loved them reference to ACOTAR and I hope it was a hint at things to come.
- Loved all the action and adventure in this book. That’s what I look for in a series like this and it didn’t disappoint.
